As one of the leading manufacturers of billets in the Bellary area, Minera’s integrated steel factory produces an extensive range of continuously cast MS Billets. These billets serve as the foundation for structural steel in large structures like flyovers and TMT bars in buildings, making them crucial parts of a variety of infrastructure and construction projects.
Currently operating 20 and 22-ton induction furnaces, we are expanding our capabilities with the addition of a 40-ton electric arc furnace, enabling the production of high-quality alloy steel. Working towards an annual production capacity of 500,000 MT, we are committed to meeting the growing demands of the industry.

We transform high-grade sponge iron into superior MS Billets through a streamlined process. The sponge iron is melted in an induction furnace, and the resulting liquid metal is seamlessly fed into our Continuous Casting Machine (CCM), yielding consistent, defect-free billets.

We prioritize sustainable practices at Minera’s SMS, employing hydro-cutting machines to produce high-quality, defect-free billets.
We use hydro-cutting machines, an innovative technique that reduces air pollution by removing the release of harmful gases associated with alternative cutting methods, thereby improving air quality and reducing our environmental impact.
Thorough inspection, careful control, proactive assurance, and the application of Total Quality Management (TQM) are all components of our multi-tiered strategy.
Our cutting-edge QC laboratory is furnished with the most advanced instruments, such as spectrometers, electronic balances, and pulverizer grinding machines, to guarantee constant quality throughout every manufacturing stage.
